Eric Johnson, Principal
Eric has a dozen years of online content, code and strategy experience.
His work using web technology and platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare to boost the profile and capacity of nonprofits, begun at the Case Foundation, continues at el-studio.com.
Prior to founding el-studio.com, he led both web content and development teams.
At the Case Foundation, where Eric was Director of Technology, he oversaw code and web strategy work. Under his guidance, web projects became the norm. He wrote technical specifications and led development of the Foundation’s first public grant competition, the influential Make It Your Own Awards.
Eric has led web content teams for the US Department of Labor and software development teams for ATSC, where he was technical lead for ATSC’s public safety group.
He now works as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for GitHub.
